How it works
1. Foaming/Shaping
The process begins with precise foaming and shaping of the steering wheel core to create the desired ergonomic contours and design.
2. Fabric Application
Skilled artisans meticulously apply the carbon fiber fabric, ensuring perfect alignment and seamless coverage across the wheel's surface.
3. Resin Application
High-quality resin is carefully applied to saturate the carbon fiber fabric, preparing it for the curing process to achieve maximum strength and rigidity.
4. Sanding
The hardened carbon fiber surface undergoes precision sanding to remove imperfections and create a perfectly smooth base for the next stages.
5. Clear Coating

6.Polishing
